I am sorry that I have not been on here for a while. I need to do a lot of catching up! Have regretted not writing in the food, and exercise journal, and it has cost me a lot!

I just had a hard time with having so much stomach flu! Three (3) months was more than enough for me!!

Though I love to be able to do a lower carb lifestyle, and I will keep trying, I still have to do something different for me!

I had learned the points system some time ago. I know it is one more thing to do. I just want to start with recording again. I need to rededicate, and to something that I can do for a lifetime!!

I will try to catch up more later. Remember it is not the fall that matters, it is how fast you can get back on up!! Just wish it was even sooner for me! But, then again there is a lot of inside me issues that I still need to deal with!!
