So went down to 155 on Fat Fast but gained back most (4 lbs) in a few days (meaning a lot was probably water). I went on medium/low carb watching calories and wasn't losing so I changed over to Low Carb (50g or less of carbs and 20g or less net carbs) and Voila! I can eat more, be more satisfied and am losing weight again. Not ready to weigh in...yet : )
The low carb bread saved me. I had grilled cheese yesterday and patty melt today. Also, had the low carb egg nog that was suggested and it was great.
Thanks everyone : )

@ Becca: that may refer to the concoction I posted: blend a raw egg with 8-12 oz of almond milk ( I use Trader Joe's unsweetened vanilla), 2-3 Tbs. of heavy cream, a few drops of vanilla and stevia to taste. A shake of cinnamon or nutmeg, if you like. So yummy for us LCHF folks.

You can also leave out the egg and use less cream for a lighter treat.....still yummy!

I invented a similar egg nog recipe but used skim milk instead of the almond milk. Turns out pretty well.
