I was expecting the worst today with a weight increase again but hasn't changed this morning, that's better than putting on another kg. Now to try and get rid of those 2 extra kg's I put on. The weather is cool, not freezing... so I thought I'd make a smoothie for breakfast. 2 bananas, half a cup of yogurt, 1 cup of soy milk, tbsp of honey and half a cup of water. I would have added a bunch of frozen berries but its not warm enough for that yet.
