I've finally reached my target, Thank you FS and friends.
I'm 59 now and haven't been this low since I was in my early 40's, I've been of all mediation for a while now, and haven't felt this healthy for a long time.
I'm going to continue recording my food intake with FS, it dose keep you accountable and in check.
