Good Luck and best wishes to everyone for this New Year!!!! Ok, last day of crazy Holiday eating then time to get back on track. Been going good for the past couple days. Cutting the Fat seems to really have a positive effect on weight loss. Hope to see 166-165 by this time next week. Should make a world of difference on my running.
