By the grace of God, got back on track today, and feel more focused and committed once again. :) Thank you God!!! I cannot get too cocky or complacent. Cannot keep running back to food to fill my needs. It never will. Overeating results in guilt/depression, anger, and despair. Then the scales go up. And I remain needy, because food cannot love me back.
