Hello, today is my first day to use this app. I think I'm going to really like it. I've been on a gluten free Paleo diet since April and I started at 250, today I'm down to 204.9. Been very hard as I love bread and sugar. Started this due to having Hashimoto thyroidits and reading up on this suggested dietary changes. I do feel better, especially since I also have autoimmune disease. I need the carb/fat counter because I tend to eat more keto style. Look forward to hearing more from you pro's.
