Weight loss is going unbelievably well. I feel really good.although my food intake was too low yesterday.
I am now having the problem that because I have cut out all my sugar the hunger cravings are gone so I am not getting signals to eat until 3 hrs after I should have eaten which is both good and bad. It is good because there is no urge to binge eat but bad because if I do not eat that slows down metabolism and the body cannibalises muscle which in turn leads to lowering of Basal Metabolic Rate that I need to be as high as possible.
I have a lot more to write but will add more tomorrow when I have a bit more time. Basically I will reflect on last week and a half on what I have done right so that I can hopefully keep the trend going.
All my dieting knowledge right now is knowledge that I have gained personally through the last 10 years so I hope to focus on that so I do not hit a plateau which I see coming very soon but I will work through that. But basically the main thing is zero stress as stress causes cortisol levels to rise. I have only been exercising max 35 mins per day and that has reaped more reward so far than my 2 hr gym sessions I used to do.
