Day 5 of reset .. however I do need to confess I had two pints last night with DH at dinner. We had an unexpected night with no kids and an impromptu date arised and he mood was good and the food was good. Anyway had one with dinner and one when we got home while we watched jelly fish on netflix.. It was nice to lay on the couch and veg out.. Anyway, Im back on track today . Diet is going strong.At dinner I ordered crispy tacos and discarded the shell and ate that with guac. Super rewarding. Overall a wonderful Friday night with my boo. Today is my day to work at home (I get one a week now) and I love it. I get to work in pj's and drink coffee and do my laundry. I took out 5lbs of chicken breast im going to marinade to get ahead on my meal prep tomorrow and DH and I might hit the pool after work. I want to get some HIIT during lunch but it depends on how much housework is left bc I need get ahead for the week or Ill be in the weeds. I did get my 5 days in at the gym so today would totally be extra.. maybe some laps at the pool ? Housework counts as cardio LOL. Have a great day buddies !
