Week one of Ayurveda(Kapha)/Seasonal Eating:
Note: Plan not followed 100%. Took a break while at the beach, and was so surprised at no gain that I had to test it one more time. Every bite is recorded. :o Will follow more closely this week. Also note that TOM is here!
Weight steady (water weight up, fat % down), but I have lost 1 1/4" in waist, 2" in hips, 1" in arms. Horrible continual constipation is gone. Continual congestion breaking up nicely. No waking up for bathroom breaks during the night. Sleeping more soundly overall. Cyst on my wrist almost gone.
OH, YEA! ...AND MY BRA SEEMS TO BE FILLING OUT NICELY AGAIN! :D
