TGIF! Physio exercises all done. Pretty sure growls/hunger are finished for the day as well. Getting excited about weigh in tomorrow at WW meeting - such a fun group of people.:) Did not weigh in today to practise patience and letting go of control.
8:15am - 1st growl - 12oz nfat latte, 1/2 Vegan thumbprint cookie 2pm - 2nd growl 7 hours later (middle of physio appt, so delayed till 3:30pm): 12oz nfat latte, whole wheat pita pocket, 1 Tb. Nutella.
