I didn't put enough work ahead of time for today's meals. It being a Monday, it has been basically hell. I will not be able to keep it as low carb as I planned. I will keep it low calorie and still lower than average and make food tonight that'll be ready for tomorrow. That'll make this easier.
Should have cooked in advance! It is ok. It won't be a huge deal.

No big. Takes a few days to get dialed in to the new diet.

When I'm dieting in a different way than my husband or family eats, I love to cook a large dish and I'll eat it over a couple of weeks. I don't really care if I eat the same thing over and over.

Yeah today was just a special case because I had to work an extra long shift and I ended up eating a taco a co-worker gave me. I decided that it would be okay as I needed to shop soon after for groceries and it would be better if I wasn't hungry.
I have some recipes lined up and I've got the oven preheating as we speak. It looks like I'm going to make some Parmesan Tilapia. It looks like it is a good recipe that I can eat both on my rest days and my lift days.
