This Fat Secret calorie counter seems like just what I was looking for. I need to focus on a few things;

1. Drink more water (wish this site had a water counter)
2. Increase breakfast intake and reduce dinner intake
3. Increase cross training/weight training

PS thinkin of trying to go glutin free at the first of the year
