Cycle 1 Day 6
boot camp morning...had a WW small snack bar before which was a mistake bc I almost threw up at class...
8:00 oatmeal and veggie juice
11:00 protein shake
2:00 chicken or salmon, 1 veggie, 12/ c rice
4:00 snack
6:00 2 veggies, 1/2 cup rice

I just put on some capri jeans that I couldn't wear a couple weeks ago and they zipped much easier. That is my motivation! I was so happy!

bunco tonight. I am not allowing myself to drink beer and I am bringing carrots and celery to share. I will not waiver from this diet before sunday because I weigh myself that morning (or after sunday for that matter--but only if I see the drop) I must have lost something because of my jeans...

Congrats on the jeans! I have a pair of goal jeans hung up on the wall to motivate me. I am hoping in the next month, they'll fit:)
