Definintely feel better, have a better weigh-in when I work out. It helps keep water retention down as well.

Now that I have lost some weight, I have very flabby upper arms. I know this goes with the territory; just curious how much they will firm up over time. I'm going to focus on upper arms and abs for awhile.

Otherwise, I'm in the groove. The scale goes up then down, up then down, but overall the momentum is downward.

Took stock yesterday of how thankful I was to be half-way through this weight loss journey and to be establishing new habits rather than 'biting on nails' to get through the diet day. I do feel that I can sustain this long term....what a blessing! I pray that I don't allow myself to 'slip' back into old habits!!

What a wonderful feeling to see the overall picture. We are loosing the lbs. I am so happy to see how you have hung in there and have made it your lifestyle. It would not be worth it to go back. We feel so much better.
