I went to an endocrinologist today. She read my big lab tests, and proclaimed my hormones and cholesterol "perfect". I had a secret worry that all the bacon and butter might be causing blood lipid issues, but no; the numbers were better than ever. Triglycerides super low! Let's hear it for LCHF! Down 58 lbs.
