Ok, time to quit smoking. For the past four years I've smoked about a half a pack of camel filters a day. Prior to that I had been an ex smoker for four years prior to that I smoked when I was about 14. Anyway- cold turkey, 25 hours no smoking. I do want to eat a lot though. I don't know if I will finish body beast right now, I just want to focus on this. I quit for 17 days in Jan but gave in. I wanted this year to be, "No Nicotine in 2016." Well, never too late. I keep thinking of that quote Today I want to be the healthiest version of me. Here we go wish me luck. My skin will look so much better right??!! That's probably why I think I need a lift!!

I quit smoking a few months ago. Try the nicotine gum to curb cravings. I didn't follow the instructions (9 pieces the first day?!?) and didn't even use the entire package, but it did help. When the urge reared itself, sometimes I would have a few puffs... and then put that cigarette out and smoke that same old cigarette the next time. It wasn't fresh and didn't have the same effect... and slowly started creating a negative correlation. It worked. I have had a couple of puffs here and there but find it really is NOT satisfying as it was before. Also, it's good to keep doing things like taking a break from work or whatever. I used to use smoking as an 'excuse' to take a break. Now, I go for a walk around the block. It's healthier AND it gets me away from work and the stress, if only for a few minutes. Good luck~

You just need to put a bullet shell in your mouth to bite down on. You know, that is what military guys were given when they got shot. Well, I sucked it up and did my 12 and 10 pushups. I got THIS!
