Happy Saturday....I BLUE LINED!! Slow and steady wins the race, right?? :) Feeling accomplished, and determined. Want to make sure I don't start slacking and creep right back up again. A little fluctuation up and down is normal, I know, but I need to stay diligent about tracking food and figuring out the whole maintenance thing. Enjoy your weekend everyone!
135.2 lb Lost so far: 15.6 lb.    Still to go: 0.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
