WOW, 16 days on this diet and 14.8 lbs lost total, but I don't care what they say, it's HARD. It's not easy. I want sweets every day. And the slow, tiny stalls are discouraging. I just keep going back to what works, which is green tea, more meat than what is required, and no "melba toast." I just can't get into Ketosis with the fruit and the toast, so I will stick with what is more nutritional- the fruit. On the days when I really stall, I skip lunch or just eat a small piece of chicken, skip my fruit, and just do an 8 oz steak and veggies for dinner...more steak than protocol, but those are the days I lose the most. My body likes steak. Personally, I love the crab and shrimp days the best. But let's be honest, I totally cheated last weekend for one meal and I plan on totally cheating this Saturday when I prepare the food for my children's halloween party. YES, I am planning a cheat. But better planned than unplanned! At least if I plan it, I can just get back up on that pony and ride next day, without beating myself up. On the light side, how awesome to be so close to ONEderland again! I am days away! I can do this!!!

Wow, that's amazing. You don't look like you have stalled at all. You are losing every few days which is amazing. Great job, and there is nothing wrong with planning a cheat meal once a week. As long as you are losing.

ONEderland!!! AWESOME!!! How I can't wait to see that on the scale again! Good job girl! If you're really struggling, maybe you need to try upping your dose. As for the cheat day, do a fage day the day after and you'll be fine! Keep it up!!
