I enjoy being a little heavy too, Carmen. I don't want to lose my curves. That's why I'm trying to find maintainence mode.
Exactly... listen to your BODY, not your mind (unless it's positive). There is a difference. Hope you have a great day! ☺

Your body speaks to you Suzy, it tells you what you need, your mind speaks to every cell in your body and responds accordingly so feed your body positive, healthy thoughts.

"Your body hears everything your mind says." I have not heard that quote and I really like it and it is so applicable to this journey.

Thanks...and it is so true, naturalstate. As, Debra said, even on a physical scientific level.

Thank you for the reminders - especially about the body hearing what the mind says. I get "listening to the body" because sometimes my mind will get wrapped up in worries and if I listen to my body, which is starting to panic, I can turn around my thought processes to "all is well" to calm it. I often forget to give my body the positive messages it deserves.
