Hungry but scared to eat. Broke out in full body hives at about 5pm. Took benadryl. Went home and slept. Woke up itchy. Hives again. Even on my face. Mt most recent foods were a sprouted grain, goat cheese, and chicken sandwitch. Honey nut cheerios and almond milk. I've had all of those in the past 6 - 12 months w no issues. Any ideas?
