I have started counting calories on My Fitness Pal, and tracking my exercise more thoroughly. I'm hoping to see some serious results in the coming months. I've stopped making excuses for myself, and I'm taking this seriously now. I've realized that there is no way I'm going to see consistent results without consistent effort.
