After church today I was so tired that I actually took a 45 minute nap. I think that I have been going for so long that my body is taking its time getting rest. The good thing with being down to one job is that hopefully I won't be so tired and run down.
After my nap I read some about making salves from herbs and hubby has a huge herb garden so I started that process today. I also started a new ab workout and boy can I feel it in my abs, yea!
Looking forward to a great week ahead.
