Good morning all, Update on the cookies.I just had to try another batch and found an even faster way to make them.I was out of almond meal, soo I made my own in my food processor.Since it was already dirty I thought I would just put all the measured ingredients in and pulse.Worked great.I even used cold cream cheese.Just cut it up first.Scrap down sides and done. Hubby thinks I'm nuts, but he had no trouble eating them.LOL..He's diabetic and I have had some trouble keeping him out of the halloween candy. These are much better for him.
As for me,I hit a new low this morning.Hopefully it will hold till tomorrows weigh-in and I have broken my plateau.I have cut way back on tomatoes. It was pointed out on one of the Atkins forums about all the sugar in them.Didn't even cross my mind all summer while I was eating them right out of the garden.Something to think about...
Hope you all have a great day. later nonna

Oh, I hope your scale cooperates tomorrow morning for you! But, even if it doesn't...you still know it was there, so it will be again. Nice tip on the cookies...which I hope to have time to try this weekend, & yes hubby should not be into the real candy, that's for the little kids!
