I was frustrated with my 3 day stall. I shouldn't have been, I was losing inches. But I did a mini-steak day anyhow. I ate an 8oz steak, and an apple for dinner. Still under my 500 daily calorie allowance. I skipped lunch. That was trying, but not terrible, and I did help things along by drinking like a fish. It worked, went from 210.6 to 208.2. Now back to normal.

Here's another stall breaker I learned from another HCGer. It's called a Fage day. Use 16 oz of fat free fage yogurt, 8 oz of raspberries (I used frozen, no sugar added ones). Divide it up into 4 oz of yogurt and 2 oz of raspberries and eat four times throughout the day. Stevia is allowed and I used vanilla cream liquid stevia. I have done this and it worked very well! Can be used for a stall or if you fell off the wagon and cheated.
