I was frustrated with my 3 day stall. I shouldn't have been, I was losing inches. But I did a mini-steak day anyhow. I ate an 8oz steak, and an apple for dinner. Still under my 500 daily calorie allowance. I skipped lunch. That was trying, but not terrible, and I did help things along by drinking like a fish. It worked, went from 210.6 to 208.2. Now back to normal.
