I seriously thought I would see a bigger drop on the scale (than 200g's), by this morning!! But then I logged my food from yesterday: ish!!!! I had such a crazy day-would've been home by 11am and only got back at 2pm. Hungry, dehidrated and just no focus. In short: no planning, gets u exactely there - NO WHERE!! But although I wanna raid my kitchen, I'm gonna keep it strict and strong today, because I know that scale drop WILL show up tomorrow... So I'm gonna weigh again tomorrow! I'm actually sure I'm just paying for yestersays mistake of going over my RDI accompanied by the bad choices of food. Okay peeps! Don't cheat on u're diet over the weekend! See u all on Monday again!! (Really finding this community quite fun helpful!!) Ciao!
