Blew way past my RDI today. I Came home after hours of hard garden work feeling very hungry and ate a substantial dinner. Kept my carbs to 7%, so maybe the extra calories won't set me back too much. Ah well, tomorrow is another day!

Well, if your LCHF then its kind of hard to over eat fat. It usually just comes out the other end if your body didn't use it. Protein on the other hand can be tricky. The excess turns into sugar and stores as fat. But don't worry about 1 meal Erika. This is only the first day of the rest of your life. And you have many days to go.

As long as you kept the carbs low, I think it was an overall successful day! Plus you did strenuous gardening... That's calories babe!

Thanks, Smartygirl. I also slept better than I have in a week, so maybe it was just catch up time.
