I took a break from keto, things are tough at home and whenver my marital problems overwhelp I indulge in bubbles, champagne and so down goes my reslove. It's a trap. We've had dutch babies - a souffle like pancake on Sundays, bubbles and last night pizza, a small slice.
I will get on the band wagon again. I have no peace and it's affecting my morale. Mostly it's been paleo, but I think the alcohol affects my ketosis. Just on weekends but I feel it. 1 bottle. I am hoping to take a break, but things are so difficult at home. It's in cycles, he will be calm again soon but his mood swings are tearing us apart.
