You can do it, even if you have to take it one day at a time (Yours Truly takes it 1 HOUR at a time )! You hit a speed bump is all -- you're not horrible at it!

We all have slips now and then. The only thing to do is recognize that you are human and humans make mistakes. As PokeyJack said, take it one day at a time, and celebrate the small victories!

You can do this. It is worth doing & you are worth it. Don't let the little setbacks derail you. If you went 3 hrs without cheating then fell victim to a craving, stand up brush yourself off and shoot for 4 hrs. As Pokey said - sometimes we go 1hr at a time. I am in that mode of operation right now. I had a minor victory 1hr ago. I was stressing at the office, did a fly by of the junk in the break room. Decided instead to drink a big water (32oz) and walked around the office. Now that stupid craving is dead.
