Well, we went to Pizza Hut last night, and wouldn't you know it - it was buffet night. Yes, I overindulged. Ate about 6 slices and had a salad. Can't remember whether I ate 6 or 8 slices. They were small slices, but in any case, I threw caution to the wind and surely went over my RDI. Probably needed to spike my diet for a day anyway. I don't feel guilty; I have a weakness for pizza, but I would previously have been able to eat a whole large pizza by myself. So, as they say, "Today is the first day of the rest of my life", so onward and upward.
Did slow and easy walk today because I have a grueling workout scheduled for tomorrow morning. Can't wait!
