It's been 3 weeks since I've been to the gym, and I can definitely feel the effects. Between having LASIK surgery and having the stomach flu, I've gotten a little off track. A couple of those days my carbs were higher than I would've liked them to be, but I felt my body needed it, so it was worth it. Well, it's a new week, my eyes are healing well and my fever is gone... So time to kick things back into gear! I want to be 145 by the end of May... 16 pounds in a month. I usually don't set time limits for weight loss, but I figured I would try this, hoping it will help me stay focused.

Diet Calendar Entry for 25 April 2016:

In answer to your question you really have to want it not to reduce 4 a high school reunion but something serious I had to loved ones mom and sister died of complications from diabetes and didn't want to be part of that secondly you need to get 8 hour sleep drink a lot of fluids I have not spent a single day in the gym and have lost a hundred and thirty some odd pounds in 11 months
