Ate horribly today, and not enough. There were carbs involved. Pizza, raspberry tart and crepes. It boiled down to organisation. I should have insisted they not choose a crepes place for brunch.
Anway I am back on the keto lifestyle wagon today 4/11 today is a new day.
I enjoyed the sinning. :-) And it wasn't much.

It's only one day don't beat yourself up get right back on that horse and ride it to the end you're just fine we all have one of those days or so when we slip up I don't call them cheat days I call them treat days
