Hermiones Mom's Journal, 09 April 2016

So today was a Saturday with a splurge meal -- buckwheat soba noodle "spaghetti" with delicious roasted vegetable sauce. Oh yum. It was very satisfying. And my net carb count wasn't too bad either. But it's just really nice to have something hearty for a change.
