6 miles in 50 minutes again. I think I ate to much fruit. The best results I've gotten were after eating toast, butter, marmite and half an avocado with coffee. I wait about 2 hours and I fit in a full glass of water as well. Or it was overkill with the yoga, pilates, and then biking.
