:( at least I know why I gained. but it's still disconcerting. I have trouble reminding myself of fluctuation and how 1 pound isn't necessarily a huge deal.
156.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
