Rosalie's Journal, 09 December 2006

I can't beleive that even though I actually did good somedays this week, and even though I've been excercising too... I still gained a pound! And I'm pretty darn sure it's not muscle. Well, I'm NOT giving up! I have to be at my goal weight by summer break! We're going to a nice resort, and I want to be able to swim in the pool without being embarrassed! So yes, I'm wayyyyyyyyy pumped!
203.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.5 lb a week

Check those scales they could be wonky. Your 'gut' always knows best.

Summer break is a great target, challenging but achievable. If you keep your head down I'm sure you can do it. Stay pumped!
