Up really early yesterday to make sure I could get my gym time in before our company meeting. With reduced traffic I managed to get to the gym a bit early and was able to do an extra 5 minutes on the elliptical. Other than that, it was a pretty typical day – I had salad and salmon for lunch and my wife and I went out for a casual dinner. A second person (this time my neighbor who has been out of town for a couple months) noticed and commented on my weight loss. I see it myself some times when I am walking by a mirror at the right angle – but there is definitely still a long way to go.
