sooo I made my first rounds of meals.. I got bacon broccoli, beef mushrooms and cabbage, reuben with no bread, Mexican style peppers and beef, chicken and green beans, sausage and broccoli. I have 20 meals premade..... I have more ideas and more Tupperware but less room in the freezers lol!!! but either way that's enough cooking for today. so I do not have any freaking excuse to not follow the freaking plan. non at all... I made good tasting healthy stuff ... mother in law isn't going to ruin my diet plans this time!!!! no sir!!!

Lol the reuben was corned beef on the bottom. saurkrout with a little thousand island dressing (actually measured out its only 4 carbs per serving.. so I put less than that) and then the cheese... in a round Tupperware. .. when you warm it up its like the inside of a reuben.... it's my favorite sandwich and I miss it.... so I did this

I recently made reubens as well. I use La Banderita low carb tortillas in place of the bread for my reubens. They are only 11 grams of carbs for one tortilla, and they also help to boost up the fiber. I just toasted mine in the pan and then folded my meat and sauerkraut into it just like I would an omelet. I agree with you 8hunter6, reubens are the BEST!

no problem northern :D ... and thank you everyone !! mousy I would use those wraps but I'm trying to stay around 20g of carbs a day .... but damn that sounds good.

Ok tried the reuben. ... shred the meat first lol. .. makes it easier. but it was super good

My own mother always tries to get me to eat what they cook. When I had to visit a few weekends ago I told her I would not visit unless she would accept my diet terms. She can cook whatever she liked but I told her don't get upset when I don't eat it. I would be cooking my own food. Which I did. And my dad made fish with something I couldn't have- they still got upset I didn't eat it- so my boyfriend had double to cover me :)
