yesterday ate like crap in the evening and consumed >1600 cals...
I was angry with myself as i knew the weigh scales would show an up arrow and they sure did!
Today I am going to start alternate fasting so my max cals will be 1380 on normal days and 345 cals on fast days. I have also set myself a challenge to clock in 7,000 steps by mid-day to come to 10,000 steps at least every day. I am keeping an excel sheet for this so if I don't reach the 10k steps in one day i have to at least make up to 70k steps by Sunday overall for the week! I am using my Nike Fuel band to keep log of the steps.
