I should have waited to weigh in as I just had a large salad and bread stick at Olive Garden. Since I don't usually eat out, it is worth it. Since I've been doing reasonably well, I think I might try to set my goal weight down below 180. I hate to set a goal that I might not reach, but I will try. I've been doing Aqua-therapy three times a week and it has really made a difference on how my body feels. As a plus I love the warm water. I am able to do 40 minutes of constant movement. I'm beat when I get out but my arthritis is better and I sleep six hours for the first time in 50+ years. I like to read what others are doing in their struggle for weight loss. I always come away with one or two hints that help me. I really like to hear the therapists comment on my renewed drive to become healthier.
191.5 lb Lost so far: 126.5 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.4 lb a week
