Ran a Marathon this weekend. My first ever! Finished in 5 hours and 5 minutes. Happy, tired and looking forwards to the next one...
202.2 lb Lost so far: 80.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
