It's Been a few days, very happy to read all your journals! They really are motivating! My skinny next door neighbor brought over a pizza, she bought too many.. I accepted it on behalf of the kids, but I ate most of it. Feel guilty, that's like the calories for the whole day in one sitting. My daughter ate a slice and my twins none because of allergies. It feels great to write out feelings. I need to detox the bad eating habits. I got on the treadmill today for 30 minutes... Big improvement
