THERE ARE SO MANY DOUGHNUTS AT MY OFFICE.
LIKE 6 BOXES.
We are a company of 7 people....

I just started low carb eating- so bread is a squandering calories.
I am also a sugar addict that usually goes off the rails once a week-
BUT NOT THIS TIME.

This time i am staying in control and i am not eating any of them!
I want to lose more than 0.2lbs next weigh in- and i am going to
keep that in my mind as IGNORE the pastries!

It helps so much to type this out!

I know members will understand the struggle of when people around you keep asking "why don't you eat just one?"
because it wont be just one.... It will turn into four...

You need to pull out some delicious healthy snacks to compete with the donuts. Something that would replace eating a donut as much as possible. Hot tea and maybe some Kind Breakfast bars. I saw on a Registered Dietician say they are very healthy. They are soft and chewy and come in dark chocolate. They might hit that sweet spot.
