I will 98% of the time make my food from scratch so trying to keep up with the calories per serving is slightly annoying. then I get lazy and just pick something similar so I don't have to do the math. I made chili... I kept it simple and I'm very sure it's more healthy than all the brands that were listed in the search. *shrug* whatcha gonna do...

I do the same thing. Salads, soups, casseroles.... It helps so much!
