I got home at 1130 am from the dog park yesterday so I only had two meals.
I got home and did my weighed myself today and the crappy thing said 323 so I have to step it up if I want to in the competition with Bocalvr.
Today's walk so far;
1.1 miles, then 2.33 miles then 1.07 miles for a total of 4.5 miles
Well I wrote I would have to cut down on the walking as I plan on walking a few miles at night now. I added another thing to my day though to try and make up for it. I now dance for like 15 minutes. It's enough to get the heart rate going and to start sweating so I'm good.
I hate medical scales sometimes :/
