3. LUNCH- 2 chicken thighs, 3 russet potatoes.
4. SNACK- NOTHING.
5. DINNER- UNDETERMINED.
6. SNACK- NOTHING.
7. BEDTIME.

MAY WE ALL PUT OUR WEIGHT LOSS GOALS INTO THE HANDS OF OUR LORD.
