I believe I will have to hire out the fat bomb making. We are obviously not compatible in the kitchen. What I managed to salvage seem to be scrumptious (good suggestion thank you) The poor carpet may never be the same. On another note I learned not to EYEBALL portions. Totally screwed the pooch with that one. My idea of 3 servings turned out to be 7. ( I may have been trying to compensate for air space between the dices) Any hooooo with only two days until I challenge the scale I am not sure how much good behavior will do for me. I have not been OUTLANDISHLY cheating. I even went to two grocery stores and only bought what was on the list. I am getting better at that. I managed to hit a meat sale and have enough for a month. so If averaged I did not spend too much at the store. Now if i can get my fat secret page to work like it used to i can finish the weeks food. I have portioned, bagged , mixed and matched for Sunday all the way thru Wednesday.
