So.. If you need a laugh ...use your imagination and I can help. I tried bullet proof coffee today. Well that was the plan. IT is snowing off and on in St. Louis today and I went out 3 times to the store. Each time I was only going for a blender. Nope nope and finally way too much money later. On the upside I found a butcher with locally sourced meats who even carries Rabbit. My wallet was screaming on the way out the door but that is a story for another day. Back to the coffee... Lets just say I got a wild hare (lol) and mixed my coconut oil and cultured unsalted butter together so one scoop and done right? Oh fer the love of PEETE! I spilled the coconut oil all over dropped the bowl ( not sure which idiot said lets put carpet in the kitchen of a rental unit) So out comes the oil breakers and spot removers and the teeny tiny carpet cleaner...6 hours after an I LOVE LUCY episode (you know the one in the candy factory?) I get my coffee I put in a little cinnamon and stevia and even though it took me 11 hours to make it was worth it. Please God, let this be easier tomorrow.
