I had too many carbs yesterday. I've just been in a depressive rut. It less so much that I'm eating my feelings and more than I have less control. It kind of creates a vicious cycle, but inch by inch in trying to make small improvements back to what I was. Maybe it'll get better when I get back to school.
152.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know the feeling! I felt the same way yesterday, so unmotivated and depressed and hopeless. What helps me is being proud of small things, like buying small fries if I'm craving something bad and throwing away the last third. Or not eating the chips I buy with my sandwich. These little things we normally do add up, and being able to celebrate your small achievements will add up! YOU CAN DO IT!
