Today has been a pretty good day. I had my first big CHALLENGE. The PTA was having a "spread" for teacher birthdays. I walked in there to put my lunch in the fridge and ZOW, there were cookies, dips, chips, brownies, danish and the token fruit and veggie tray. Oh yes, and hummus. Those homemade chocolate chip cookies just called to me! I did good though. I had a few carrot slices with about a tablespoon of hummus, ate 1 piece of cantalope (not that good) and one piece of pineapple (not that good either). Then walked away. It was still there at lunch, but I was eating my own packed lunch so it was ok. Still. Was. Hard.
